About Us

Navigating the parenting world is hard. Yes, parenting can be one of the most rewarding paths in life, but it can also be difficult and lonely at times. Ever second-guess, third-guess your decisions? Blame yourself? Feel burned-out? Have no idea where to turn?

Founders of Arbor Group Counseling can help you. We offer a judgement-free environment where empathy, understanding, and realistic strategies teach you how to parent more effectively.

Caitlin Greaney LCPC has over 15 years of clinical experience working with individuals in all stages of their lives. She is the single mother of a teenage son so she is in the midst of navigating the ups and downs in the parenting journey.

Kelly Andrew LCSW-C has over 30 years of clinical experience helping parents and children navigate each developmental stage. Kelly is the mother of 6 children and has seen firsthand the joys and challenges of parenting.

At Arbor Group Counseling, we offer more than just expertise — we bring a depth of real-world experience that sets us apart from traditional therapy groups. Our team is grounded in over a decade of working directly with children, parents, and families through life’s most challenging moments.

We’ve spent:

  • 10+ years supporting families in crisis, helping them navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges with care and clarity.

  • 15 years working in schools, supporting children of all ages and collaborating closely with educators and caregivers.

  • Worked in therapeutic group homes with teens diagnosed with conduct disorders, building trust and teaching skills in the most intensive environments.

  • Time in inpatient psychiatric and detention settings, where we helped teens develop coping strategies and rebuild self-worth under high-stress circumstances.

  • Time providing one-to-one support for children with autism, tailoring care to each child’s unique communication, learning, and sensory needs.

Our backgrounds are diverse, but we share a common goal: to equip parents with practical tools and compassionate support. Whether you’re navigating everyday struggles or bigger behavioral concerns, we meet you where you are — without judgment — and help you grow strong, steady roots for your family.
